The SAACI team has worked hard and timeously to put together a wonderful congress and stay in St Lucia. With the current Global economic climate impact we have ensured that the congress is accessible to as many participants as possible.

Please note that all Registration Fees include the following: 1 x Boat Tour, Welcome Cocktail function, All Conference sessions, Tea, Coffee and Lunches at the conference and VAT.

Member Pre-Early Bird (up to and during Meetings Africa)  R4190.00

Early Bird- Member (26 February-30 April) R4290.00
Early Bird- Non Member (26 February - 30 April) R4990.00
Standard Member (30 April- 31 July) R4690.00

Payment Options

Please be informed that payments can be paid off in 3 installments, which will have to be paid up by the cut-off date of each category.

Fees that are not fully paid up after the cut-off date will automatically be converted to the upgrade category, and the difference of that will then have to be paid off. 

The Welcome Cocktail is included for registered delegates however there is an additional charge for the Gala Dinner and for additional Welcome Cocktail tickets. Please indicate for catering purposes if you will attend these events.
